Acting as an independent Project Manager and Lead HVAC/MEP Consultant to deliver highly sensitive infrastructure upgrades under volatile conditions. Directing a fully remote engineering team to design and deploy decentralized emergency heating systems and protective structures strictly adhering to NATO standards. Executing HVAC engineering from concept to detail design, accompanied by targeted Technical Site Supervision (Fachbauleitung) to ensure strict adherence to design intent. Implementing agile procurement strategies and managing end-to-end equipment supply, successfully optimizing CapEx by sourcing and integrating secondary-market technical assets without compromising system reliability.
