The fundamental challenge was coordinating a team of 40+ engineers to deliver a complete boiler house reconstruction with zero production downtime. Acting as the definitive technical liaison between external site contractors and the internal corporate Quality Assurance team. Successfully executing live utility tie-ins—including clean steam, nitrogen, and compressed air—required meticulous phase planning and stringent safety oversight
